About

The Laura Folk Fair was first held in 1980 and has since grown to become a popular event.

The Rocky River Historic and Art Society first organised the fair, and since 1981 a separate committee has undertaken the task.

This unique two-day event held annually on the first full weekend in April (unless it clashes with Easter when it becomes the second). Offering about 100 craft and hobby stalls, free entertainment from 10:30am to 10:00pm Saturday and 10:15am to 4:00pm Sunday, food and refreshment stalls, awards and competitions, sideshows, kids zone and much more…

The Laura Folk Fair has continued to prove its success by winning a number of awards from 1985 onwards.
